We went to the annual Aldbury Morris Weekend Away that this year was based at Worcester, a lovely city with a great cathedral and fabulous old cobbled streets lined with rickety old buildings.
As is the want at this event we got well oiled the first night as they took over the bar and sang and played music. I was unable to make breakfast in the morning but soon perked up at the first destination on our tour once I had a hair of the dog, and then there was no stopping us. We travelled around many of the beautiful villages in the area, the side singing and dancing with a little drinking to lubricate the voice and knees.
The side even danced out for a wedding in a quaint village for a bemused party of well-wishers and a handsome couple.
